Faith In Home Services, LLC can provide a service or a combination of services in your home. Some require the direction of a physician. Our qualified staff will plan, coordinate and provide care tailored to your needs.
At the beginning of your home care services, you will meet with a nursing supervisor who will make an in-home nursing evaluation of your needs. They are responsible for discussing your home care needs with you so that you may mutually decide upon a plan of care with input from your physician (when appropriate) who must approve the plan of care.
In the end, you decide how much help you want, how often and at what times of the day it would be best for you and your family.
